At Quasi, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you perform at your peak, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
